Founder & CEO of the RAPTOR group of companies, Craig E. Harder knows the importance of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship in the workplace. Founded in 2004, Raptor Mining is a global leader in engineering, service supply and robotic manufacturing of parts for the mining and construction industries. Head quartered in Edmonton, Alberta with CISC’s (Continuous Improvement Service Centers) in Barrie, Ontario, Miami, Florida, Salt Lake City, Utah, Arequipa, Peru, and Wuxi, China, servicing local mining and construction customers.

Craig, his wife Vikki, and their two daughters Rachel and Elise live in Edmonton however spend a lot of time enjoying the great outdoors at their farm in western Alberta.
